This deluxe hotel was run by the fantastically friendly and amicable staff. We had a deluxe king room with a view to lake. Our a fully equipped kitchen included a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge. Location: the property was adjacent to the lake, volcano, and town, and the main tourist areas of town. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of Jardim.

The staff here were super friendly and really knew their stuff about the area. the hotel is in a great spot, just a 10-15 minute walk from the World's Largest Toy Museum 🚶‍♂️. Great location!

Our room was top-notch, kept clean and comfortable, and even had hypo-allergenic pillows to ensure a great night's sleep 😊. the staff was super helpful and catered to all our needs with a smile.

The owner, Miguel, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He personally guided us around the town and ensured we had a fantastic experience. The apartment was clean, secure, and had a comfortable bed. The free laundry service and well-stocked kitchen were a huge plus. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the lake and city. The hotel's location was perfect - close to everything but away from the noisy areas. Despite a minor issue with hot water, we quickly adjusted. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has friendly and helpful hosts who go the extra mile to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. Plus, the bedrooms are clean, with soft beds and bathrooms that are spotless. the shared kitchen has everything you need, as well as purified water. the location is a couple of blocks away from the noisy bars, but still within walking distance to many food options.

Although it's a great hotel, the local taxes and fees were a bit of a surprise and added extra costs to the stay.

Spent New Year's at this amazing spot and it was simply fantastic! The location was perfect, only a quick walk to all the best spots. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with a well equipped shared kitchen which was a huge plus. The rooftop patio had the most stunning views and was a great spot to watch the fireworks display at midnight. the family running the place were super friendly and helpful, making me feel instantly at home.

Only downsides were the hot water in the shower and the occasional noise from outside. But hey, it's all part of the experience when traveling in this part of the world, and it certainly didn't detract too much from my overall enjoyment.
